PC Signature Forms 2024

Please download first and THEN fill in information.  We have had problems with some browsers not correctly printing or saving on-line forms that are filled in on-line.

  • Download the 2024 PC Nomination petition here and print it as a double-sided document. Each page MUST be printed with a front and back page.
  • Download the 2024 PC Nomination Declaration here and complete the form.
  • Get at least 10 signatures from registered Republicans IN YOUR Precinct on the Nomination Petition. We recommend 20 signatures to ensure that if any signatures are invalid you can still qualify to be on the ballot.
  • Turn in your completed forms to the Maricopa County Recorder’s office (510 S. Third Ave. Phoenix AZ 85003) between March 2, 2024 and April 1, 2024. You can also contact your Legislative District Chairman to find out about coordinated petition return times and locations.  You must make an appointment to drop off your completed forms.
  • The Republican Primary will be held July 30, 2024 and elected PCs will take office October 1, 2024.
