Chairman Greg Dutton opened the business meeting by pointing out the importance of recruiting PCs and that the cut off date for PC application submissions is October 25th. He also spoke about a new tool called Voter Spectrum, which can be used by PC’s to manage their list of 125 voters.

Alice Mercer, who is a member of the Phoenix City Council Passion Project, addressed the issue of C40 by describing how the mayor of Phoenix and several other mayors across the country are embracing this program as a way to fight the change in climate.

Kurt Gearhart told us about all of the features in the new website, which became live on Monday, September 11th.

Kevin Fuhrman spoke to us about the Convention of States. He said the goal is to reign in the power and scope of our government. Arizona is one of 19 states that passed the resolution, but 34 states need to be on board.

Daniel Wood spoke to us about the lawsuit, which was filed in Common Law Court as opposed to the Administrative Court. He expects the judge to recuse himself. He pointed out that We The People need to step up, not the military.

August Meeting Features Guest Speaker Michele Swinick from Save My Freedom

Chairman Greg Dutton spoke about Voter Registration strategies with a focus on PNDs and flipping Precincts from Blue to Red.

Tracy Ireland gave a Call to Action to those who live in the Kyrene Elementary School District to sign documents in an argument against the school district Bond.

First Vice Chair Patty Porter spoke about the Save the Children Summit and described actions that everyone can take to help fight the crime of Child Trafficking.

Kathleen Winn, Executive Director of Project 25, told us about her organization's mission to end child exploitation by the year 2025. Senator David Farnsworth spoke about getting involved with the State Legislature by getting a Request to Speak account. That can be done by emailing Darla Gonzales at [email protected]. He also recommended visiting the Department of Child Safety website at https://dcs.az.gov/reports to learn more about runaways and missing/abducted children.

 

 

Lisa Fink, President of PACC (Protect Arizona Children Coalition), asked everyone to sigh the PACC petition to help stop Comprehensive Sexuality Education. The petition can be found at http://stopcse.org

Patriots from across Maricopa County gathered at Dillon's in Morristown for the annual MCRC celebration and fundraising event. This year's keynote speaker was James O'Keefe, who spoke about his new company O'Keefe Media Group, and he explained how to get involved as Citizen Journalists.

LD12 Business Meeting & Guest Candidates

The candidates who spoke at the LD12 meeting on July 12th were Kelly Cooper, who is running for CD4, David Richardson, who is running for State Senate, Bob Lettieri, who is running for State Treasurer, Jeff Weninger, who is running for State Treasurer, Dave Giles, who is running for CD4, and Ruth Jones, who is running for Mayor of Chandler.

Some of the issues the candidates discussed include the water shortage, government overreach, mask mandates, homelessness, the shortage of Police Officers, state funded investments, and ESG.
